アルミダイカストの湯口処理からバフ研磨、タンブラー・ハンガー式ショットブラストによる表面処理、それらで取り切れない細かいバリ取りまで、丁寧に仕上げます。
全数検査はもちろんのこと、変形・金型のクラックやキズによるダイカストの不具合も修正いたします。
また、穴あけやタップなどの2次加工も賜っております。
We offer careful aluminum die-casting finishes including processing of sprues, buffing, surface finishes through tumbler or hanger type shot blasting, and removal of burr which otherwise cannot be removed.
In addition to 100% inspections, we will correct deformation and other defects in die-casting caused by a crack or flaw on the die.
Furthermore, we will conduct secondary elaboration including hole-drilling and tapping.
